The legislation allocates 8.5 million euros to Poblenou over three budget cycles. The initial 2.8 million euro disbursement is scheduled for October 2026 according to the bill's disbursement clause. Subsequent portions follow in April 2027 and January 2028. Local administrators must submit project lists to the regional treasury by 15 September 2026 to draw the first payment.
